Community Meeting #12 on Street Network, Sustainability Framework, Land Use and Street Level Plans for Initial Blocks for the Redevelopment of the Potomac River Generating Station Site
On Wednesday, November 9 at 6:30 p.m., Hilco Redevelopment Partners (HRP) will host the twelfth in a series of virtual and open house community meetings regarding the transformation of the Potomac River Generating Site (PRGS) in Old Town North. The City of Alexandria and the HRP team are committed to engaging the community and obtaining feedback on this project and are working together to facilitate the best possible process to encourage public participation.

The virtual meeting will focus on the street network shown in the Infrastructure Development Site Plan (IDSP) Concepts #1 and #2, an introduction to the Coordinated Sustainability Strategy (CSS) framework, and initial land use and street level conceptual plans for Blocks A, B, and C. The community will have an opportunity to provide feedback and ask questions.
